La Vernia Intermediate School is now accepting student nominations for the Gifted and Talented Program. This program targets the academically gifted and talented student. Many of our students are extremely bright young people and a selected few are gifted. A student is selected to participate based on intelligence, achievement, creativity, motivation, and leadership qualities. If you would like to nominate your child for the Gifted and Talented Program, please submit the nomination in writing by December 22, 2017. Nominations can be turned in to the classroom teacher, assistant principal, or the campus office. Please contact the assistant principal if you have any questions.
